After communicating with the seller about the connecting rods I ordered I payed for them with paypal on November 16th, 2007. When I payed for them I was told by the seller they would provide me with a tracking number. By November 26th I had not recieved a tracking number or the connecting rods I payed for. On November 29th I recieved a message from Mike's (the seller) wife Kara saying he was in a car accident. The message stated that she was trying to send items out for her husband and, "make things right." I sent her an email telling her that I payed for the Scat H Beam connecting rods and provided the picture that was sent to me from Mike. Later that day I recieved an email saying that Mike's friend was coming over the next day to help her ship parts out. That was the last I've heard from anyone. On the twelveth I sent another message asking for an update. I then looked at the thread where the items were advertised ( http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=816191 ) and noticed that two other people had also not received their items. I then sent an email to Kara / Mike saying other people had also not reveived their items and were they going to do anything about this. The reason I'm opening this dispute is the simple fact that I payed for the 8 Scat H Beam 6.098 length, .945 pin connecting rods on November 16th, 2007 and have not recieved them yet. The last message I received from either of them was on November 29th. I've sent a private message and email since then. Neither of which have been responded to. Another problem is that you can see when the person logged in. Mike's account has been logged in for various amounts of time almost every day since then and has still not responded to my messages nor sent me my items I payed for.
