I am not going to give negative feedback. He is not mentioning that he waited over a month to tell me the oil ring was wrong. I contacted my rep at Wiseco to make the purchase right and he did that. All he had to pay was freight for the new rings. It was not my fault, it was a misbox by Wiseco which NEVER happens. Wiseco made right on it even though the part was purchased a long time ago. The oil rings are packed with the pistons, Wiseco mispackaged them. I was even harassed at work over this matter when it had nothing to do with my work. I called this member from my cell phone and it was taken care of immediately . He called me saying that I screwed him and sent the wrong stuff when in fact it was the correct pieces. He also does not mention that the parts were in the condition I claimed they were. It is also not mentioned that this member took a couple days and considered changing his mind on the parts at the time of the transaction.

Not to mention this matter was resolved in less than 24 hours. If I was not a reputable person to deal with Wiseco would not have sent out the rings without question. That was taken care of because of my good business practices.

Very mature response there. I told you to contact Brian Nutter did I not? When you got ahold of Brian Nutter did he not take care of you? Not every rep at Wiseco is going to know me. I directed you to the proper rep that can handle the situation. I did not blame anything on the machine shop, I simply questioned there abilities as you said they had all of the other rings on the pistons and were putting the oil rings on last, that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard and them people should never attempt to build an engine if they are putting the top rings on first before the oil rings. By doing so this will take the sharp edges off of the top rings when they are scraped by the oil rings. When you told me that, I questioned there integrity. I did not give you negative feedback but will because you are being unreasonable. I UNLIKE YOU can give both sides of a story. Once again, this was solved within 24 hours of contact that the rings were wrong. I would say it was taken care of in reasonable fashion. It is not my fault you are unreasonable and threw a hissy fit.
When I was approached with this I was most not wanting to pay for a set of oil rings that we mis packaged by Wiseco not me. I knew they could make good on it, but I questioned the length of time that the pistons had been in this members hands and worried on how Wiseco may respond.
Again, this person was not sure and was going to change their mind on the parts after contacting me on the phone, than decided on the original plan.
I can see you are very mature, I just tried to call you to sort this out and you answer the phone and hang up. Again good luck with the rest of your build. If you want to try to bash me anymore, tell the whole story and let everyone know how long ago you purchased this.
Also you you may want to check your calender. I received payment on Oct. 10th through paypal, transaction number 64847116BK5409818. The product was shipped on Oct. 23 (UPS Tracking Numbers 1Z 16Y W56 03 4167 216 4 , and 1Z 16Y W56 03 4249 897 7)
THAT IS 13 DAYS, NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS AND NOWHERE NEAR THE 3 WEEKS YOU ARE LYING ABOUT AND CLAIMING IT TOOK TO SHIP THE PACKAGES!!!!!
So before you come on here and try and rip someone apart for a mistake that was not even my fault, you may really want to get all of your facts straight!!!!!!!!!
My trader score speaks for itself. Just cause you are a whiny kid who wants the world for nothing does not make me a bad person. The situation was handled withing 24 hours of you letting me know. PERIOD. Once you got ahold of the rep that I called and gave you the extension number to, the situation was handled. TELL THE WHOLE STORY CHRIS.

Chris did send money right away. I sent the package(s) out in 13 days. 3 months later, Chris calls me at work and tells me that he has a problem with the oil rings that are packaged with the pistons he bought from me. First I questioned if they may have been mixed up among the machine shop and questioned the machine shop as he said they were putting the oil rings on last!!! The oil rings come with the pistons, as any person who has ever bought a set of BRAND NEW pistons knows. The oil rings was simply mis packaged unbeknown to me. This seemed odd as I have not seen this from the company the pistons came from.
After Chris called me at work I told him I will get a hold of my rep and see what we can do. Chris wanted me to send a set of the oil rings out now. I am not a business, I do not have a set of rings in my back pocket. If indeed this was a mixup by the manufacturer I wanted to get this taken care of by them with no expense to me. When Chris became impatient I gave him the number and DIRECT EXTENSION to the rep at the manufacturer that would take care of him. Once he got a hold of him THE NEXT DAY, the proper oil rings were sent out ONLY CHARGING FREIGHT! This was resolved withing 24 hours and Chris still decides to go and leave me negative feedback trying to bash me. He lied and said that it took 3 weeks to send the package when it only took 13 days. He also did not tell whole truths and the fact that I put him in contact with the proper represenative.
After receiving personal attacks in the feedback from him I called him to talk about the situation. He hung up the phone on me. This shows Chris lack of maturity.
I would never do business with this person as this is someone that can never be please. I remedied the situation. The parts received were exactly how they were described. There was nothing more I can do to make the situation right. I will admit I did not ship right away. There was also a couple days where Chris could not make up his mind on what he wanted. I cannot control that.
