Great guy, 1st ups sent the package back to him instead of rerouting the package like they agreed to do. He quickly repackaged and reshipped the panhard bar back to me. Then UPS tried to deliver me a empty box; the bottom was ripped off and they still tried to deliver it. I told him of the issue and he quickly refunded me the money. Great communication from bjw2654, to bad UPS sucks so bad.
