Below you will find all the information pertaining to this incident, sorry it is so long. Bottom line is I paid Jon $85 on Oct 7, 2007 for a power antenna and under dash pael and never received the items. The guy had 21 positive feedbacks and no negatives, so I thought I was safe, guess not. I know he is still around since he was on this board at 12:49 today. I filed a claim with paypal and here is what they had to say:
We have completed our investigation of this case. We attempted to process a refund from the seller's account to your account. Unfortunately, the seller's account does not contain the funds necessary to cover this refund. We were able to recover $0.00 USD. We have taken action against the seller and are working to recover the remainder of your refund. We will contact you when we have more information. No further action is required of you at this time.

I still haven't received the items I paid for 2 weeks ago. Please refund $85 to my paypal account.

Believe what you want everybody. My 20 positive LS1Tech feedback / 827 positive eBay feedback against somebody with 0 feedback. This guys just looking for an argument. I promptly refunded his money when I was aware that there was a problem. Everyone who knows me knows that I am not out to screw anyone over.

There is nowhere for me to remove negative feedback. I removed the feedback from the negative trader forum. If you choose to leave negative feedback for me so be it. I paid you immediately, you didn't respond to my PM's, didn't send the items and finally after 2 months and filing a claim with a federal agency you respond. You told me you were hospitalized and asked if I still wanted the items or a refund. I told you a refund and after about 6 days the refund cleared through paypal. If you tell me how to remove the feedback, I will.
