This clown is HORRIBLE at communication, I gave them my NUMBER to call me with questions/concerns, never a call, just the occasional PM and when I would send one with questions, wouldnt reply. Hood was shipped, and provided tracking number, then they sent a paypal request for a refund and now has $725 of my money on hold!!!! what a scam!!!!!
