Had numerous questions about suspension stuff, Sam answered the phone and gave me a 45 minute tutorial...I took the plunge and got some Konis from him, and couldn't be happier. Sam and Arlyn took the time to answer my questions, make sure I had what I needed, and that I was satisfied.

Can't ask for more than that!
