sold me the heads, posts NEVER mentioned they were gonna be JUST the bare heads. emails stated the valves were removed for cleaning. sent JUST bare heads and didnt offer to ship valves till i offered to pony up MORE shipping $$? heads were shipped USPS in boxes with BARELY any padding & tons of duct tape, same as valves. 6 valves had to be replaced, along with MAJOR resurfacing of heads to clean up dings. i wish people would be more UPFRONT when selling supposedly "good" items, and not hold parts for ransom...cannot give "negative" as i did get the parts...eventually..

I never said posted that the heads were to be completely built either. The pictures even show incomplete heads. If the buyer wanted the heads to be completely built than he should have stated that and paid the original price for the item.
