Buyer claims part was wrong. I tried to help him by suggesting he resell it to reclaim his money. He refused and I asked him to send the cam back. He refused to send it back because he had to pay shipping, though it was ok to sell a 400 dollar cam for 210 shipped and with no pay pal fees. He pmed me, 5 minutes later became paranoid and began asking about me. then submitted a pp claim then called me. It was all in about 15 minutes. After many people from this site told him he got a better cam and a good deal he got crappy with the members for saying to roll with it and to mind there own business.
