sold me a 383 stroker kit
told me the crank was polished but turned out to be grounded down 10 thou. Had to buy the bearings twice.
Also the cam he sold me had engravings that were grounded down so you couldn't make out the numbers and I had the cam spec'd and it was not at all what the cam card said.
Beware.
