Purchased some parts from Michael. When they arrived, they weren't in the condition I expected. Discussed with Michael, he agreed and refunded the purchase amount after I returned the parts. This happens, but it was the first time this has happened to me. I was glad Michael was very professional about it. He handled the situation well and I wouldn't hesistate to deal with him again.
