I bought a pillar pod from Frank. He had USPS ship it out. When it got here it was damaged and the dumbasses at USPS sent it here in two paperbag envelopes taped together. Frank was real busy and didn't have the time to go to usps to get them to send a refund my way so I told him "no worries get to it when you can". Frank was still real busy with work a few weeks later and still out of town so he refunded me out of his own pocket! I would definately do business with him again. THanks Frank!
