Opened needless Paypal dispute left neg feedback after refund. Bad communication

I was not able to ship the part but a full refund was issued in a very prompt manner. I was responsive to PMs. He sent a PM on a Friday asking for status then opened a Paypal dispute before Monday, without warning. I do not have access to a computer over the weekend and did not check PMs.
