I bought the hatch struts on Feb 14. The seller contacted me a few days later apologizing for the delay and giving me the option of a refund or to send the struts. I told him go ahead and send them. Has not responded to several PM's since then.

I was not able to send the part and I offered a refund. Buyer asked for refund by opening a dispute with paypal and leaving negative feedback, NOT by requesting through PM. A full and refund was given as soon as requested.

Refund issued immediately.
