Seller didn't package the parts well. Put two cylinder heads in one box with some flimsy bubble wrap that was in no way able to hold the heads still or protect them. Heads were damaged upon arrival, and seller refused to take return and refund my money.

its all opinion. i personally thought the packaging was good. he showed me pictures of damage that was done to the item that could have only been done through rough handling. the heads were in a tight box and in no way should have had some of the issues that it had, if it would have been handled with an ounce of care. the bubble that i used is the same bubble wrap fedex uses in many of their packages and is also the same thing we use at our company to ship anything valuable ( computers, consoles, tvs many other valuable items). The items could have been shipped with no box and no protection and still should not have been damaged. Definitely an issue to take up with UPS
