He received a package he says was empty and was never opened. I have proof the contents where enclosed, it was shipped by a UPS contracted shipper who supplied the shipping materials and packaged the camshaft, I also have a copy of the receipt and it shows being received by his wife. It is now in the hands of the UPS theft and Fraud group

I have the UPS tracking number 1ZA5677E0345717622, the UPS investigator has talked to the contracted UPS station that packaged and weighed the camshaft and the driver who says he delivered a tube that had a substantial amount of weight.

The shipping weight was 12lb's somehow he says it was empty.

this is the correct tracking number, the other number is of him stopping delivery of the traded camshaft. I'm not looking to start a fight but he has called me a thief, I had a UPS contractor ship the camshaft, paid $38. for them to package it and ship it. I've bought and sold over $14,000 dollars worth of parts for my car in the past 12 months, I'm not going to screw someone over a camshaft I had laying around in the garage.

Actually the facts are your wife recieved the package, nothing left on your door, it's documented by UPS.

I'm in my 40's and have a legal and law background it was your choice to take it this direction and I'm going to push this to conclusion. I have documentation to show the package weighed 12lb's and was hand delivered to your house and received by your wife.
