The key facts of the story are:
-He sold me a damaged intake
-Used an unverified Paypal account to collect the money. That means I can't file a claim with Paypal. He could have not sent me the package at all, and I would have no way of doing anything about it.
-I couldn't find out what his handle(name) on here was, and he would NOT give it to me and stated he could care less about LS1tech.
-I had to resort to track him down by asking moderators to find out was his name on here by searching for his email and full name.
-He erased his for sale thread so I wouldn't be able to find him through that.
-Trying to make me jump through hoops.
-Has completely stopped responding to emails.
-Do not buy or sell anything to his guy. He will use an unverified Paypal account for his fraudulent dealings so you have no way to do anything.
Long story short, sold me a damaged FAST intake. The threaded insert for one of the throttle body bolts was pulled out and the plastic around was cracked. I didn't want to attach a TB to it with only three bolts. Very obvious damage, yet he claims he somehow never saw it.
I had accidentally erased my PMs on here so I couldn't find out what his handle was(i had no way of contacting him). I took it upon myself to bite the bullet and get it fixed locally and they got it looking very nice. Cost me $150.
After I realized I can track him down through his email that was on the Paypal payment, I chose to do that.
He deny ed there was any type of damage as he claims he bought the item from someone else and just sold it to me in the same condition.
I call BS on that as I know he had the intake/TB setup on his Formula. Before I bought the intake I did a search of his posts and he had the FAST 92 intake installed on HIS car. Somehow that post seems to have vanished, just like his intake for sale post has vanished lol.
Yet now he claims it never was on his car. He keeps getting caught in his lies. He pulled off the intake and put an LS6 in the car, and sold his Formula around the same time. Another coincidence, right?
I was reasonable and asked that he pay for HALF of what it cost me to fix it. I think $75 is very fair, but he doesn't. I told him the machinist that fixed it did it as a side job, but if he really wants a receipt I can get his boss to get one for me. Thats when he stopped responding. At this point, I know that I am just wasting my time. He wont respond to emails, and I can't do anything via Paypal. He obviously scammed me and is in hiding, so at this point I have NO reason to believe he will do anything about it, regardless if I get some sort of receipt/invoice to prove the intake was fixed.
All in all, avoid!

Do not believe a word he says. Look at his feedback, look at mine! He is a scammer.I had to contact five different moderators on here until one of them could figure out how to track this guy down from using his Email Address and name.
I seriously asked this guy over email three times to tell me his name on LS1tech.com is, and he would not give it to me...
Why would the scammer WOULD NOT tell me. Why would he not tell me his name on here if he had nothing to hide? He knows very well he sold me a damaged intake. Thats why he had me send payment to an UNVERIFIED PAYPAL account. Because I can't file a claim against him due his account not being verified.
To anyone reading this, DO NOT do business with this guy. He will use his paypal account which is unverified, and Paypal can't do anything to get your money back. He is a scammer.
