To sum things up, I received a NEGATIVE feedback rating on here, got hit with Paypal dispute claim, and recieved about 6 LONG and profanity laced emails(all today mind you, I never heard a word from him before) because I shipped the injectors 2 days late...

You know how there is that 1% of people that are unreasonable? I am sure everyone has met this type of person or had to deal with this type of person in some way. That no matter what you do and what you say, they are not happy and will blow up in your face. Working in the restaurant business all my life I do encounter these type of people from time to time. 99% of people are very pleasant to do business with and be around, but there is that 1%...its just part of the business. All you can do is be professional and apologize and try to make them happy..

That being said, this guy takes the cake for being the most unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. All this because I told him I would try to ship the injectors on Tuesday, and ended up shipping them on Thursday? He NEVER told me about any type of time delay. He NEVER told me he had a dyno scheduled on Saturday until today(friday) He goes on to claim I had no type of response from him and he waited all day for me to respond to his email. Umm, what time is it now? It is about 4:30 now as I am typing this and he claims I didn't respond until the end of the day. Well, how can it be he didn't recieve my response until the end of the day, when its not even 5pm yet lol..Guys, this person is unreasonable. He fails to understand that ground shipping via USPS may take up to 7 business days. There is no guarantee it will be there in 3-4 days.

He now claims he had a dyno session scheduled for Saturday, yet never mentioned it to me until today which is Friday. So he expects to pay for an item on late Monday, and guarantee it will be in his hands by Friday so he can go to his dyno session on Saturday? Maybe if he actually mentioned this to me prior, we could have worked something out where I would have known about it, and possibly shipped it with a different type of service.

Next thing..He mentions he got a "fair deal" . Get real now. You got brand new 40lbs injectors for $125 shipped! And I even let him know that if they dont work out for him that he can send them back and I will give him a refund. How is that a fair deal? That sounds like a great deal to me all around. Its supposed to be a win win for him.

Next thing to mention. I dont know how old this guy is, but from looking at his profanity laced emails I would have to assume he is a teenager, or at best a VERY immature 20 year old. I was polite and trying to make him happy the entire time, while he went on to call me a a**hole numerous times, called me a f*ck up, told me I f*cked up and I should admit it, and so on. If anyone wants to see what I had to deal with, I have saved all the emails and will gladly send to anyone that has a lot of free time on their hands to read all the LONG emails this guy sent me today.

Next thing to mention is the Pay-pal dispute claim..He payed for the injectors on Monday, and I mentioned I would TRY to ship them on Tuesday. So today being Friday he files a PayPal claim for not receipt of item..Thats the funniest thing I have ever heard. He filed a claim for non receipt FOUR days after he sent payment? That has to be a record of some sort. I can't believe PayPal even allowed him to file a claim for non reciept after only four days of payment lol..And by the way, I was the one that mentioned to him I will give him a FULL refund, and try to cancel the shipment, as I can't deal with someone like him. I never told him he was a PITA..Thats a lie. I was professional during the entire email exchange I had with him today even after he insulted me more than anyone else has..

Do yourself a favor and DO not deal with this guy. You will end up with a negative feedback rating..I have NEVER had a problem with any items I shipped. My feedback on here was and still is almost 99% perfect.
I do ship MOST items next day after payment, but running a restaurant and having a family to take care of, I can't ship EVERY item the next day. I hope this guy grows up and realizes the world doesn't revolve around him, and he can't go on throwing fits every time he doesn't have his way 100% .

All this because I sent his item two days late..

This guy is a real piece of work. I also left him negative feedback because he claims I'm unreasonable b/c he told me in his confirmation of my paypal email that he was going to ship the item out the next day. Well he didn't ship it for another 2 days after the original date he promised and never bothered to email me with an update. Only after I called him on it and sent him an email stating I was filing a dispute from paypal did he respond.
What a loser this guy is and he's upset that I was upset? Buyer Beware on this guy, that's all I have to say.
If anyone is thinking about buying something from him, I hope you read this first and make an informed decision. All I wanted was the part I paid for and for it to be shipped when he said it would, or an email letting me know of a delay. If that's unreasonable, then indeed I'm guilty! LOL

Here's a copy of his email copy and pasted and you can clearly see he said nothing about "TRY" and ship it tomorrow. Like I said, make your own minds up on this BIG FAT LIAR!!!

They came off a brand new ly6 crate motor. The only injectors that motor comes with is 40lbs injectors as it makes 385 horsepower and needs a lot of injector. Look up LY6 motors. Are you serious? I already admitted that I sent the injectors two days later then I said I would try to..Thats not the point here. The point is YOU never mentioned you needed them ASAP. You expect to pay for something late on a Monday night, and have it in your hands by Friday? Atleast mention to me when you need them by. What world do you live in? Dont blame others for not planning ahead. You are UNREASONABLE, and I honestly feel bad for anyone else that has to deal with you. And you did get a fantastic deal on them. Good deals are supposed to be given to people that deserve them. After the fit you threw, you do not deserve them..

You seriously have some issues buddy. Delaying a shipment two days isn't that bad..Although I do try to ship out the next day on most items, it can't always work like that. My work schedule interferes with that. Some days I get off at four and have the rest of the day off, others I work till 6am-8pm. By then the post office and UPS store are both closed..Thats why today I actually have time to respond to these crazy allegations of me being a "flake" lol. I actually am having a good laugh at how big of a deal you are making out of me shipping your injectors two days late..If it was that important, shouldn't have you atleast mentioned to me? Shouldn't have you asked to pay the extra $2 or $3 in shipping to get actually get them to you in time? This is why you need to learn to plan ahead, and not order items LAST second. If you ordered from a shop on Monday night, do you think the shop would have had the injectors at your door by Friday morning? Maybe Jegs or Summit would, but I doubt any of the sponsors would. I actually have gave up on trying to figure out. Some people just cant be reasoned with and only see things one sided. I actually am at my buddys shop right now, and NO one here can seem to understand your logic.

Funny thing is I knew would get a laugh about someone calling you a flake and saying that your word is as phony as a $3 bill, b/c you indeed are a phony. And I'm not your buddy, I only associate with people who stand by what they say and not try and blame someone else for their misshaps.
Btw, I'm not even gonna tell you what I do for a living, but I can assure you I'm just as busy if not more than you.
