So I bought of set of injectors from this guy at a reasonable price and sent him a paypal for the agreed amount on 5/16/11 Mon, to which he promptly replies he will ship it out tomorrow 5/17/11 Tue. I go ahead and schedule some dyno time for 5/21/11 figuring he lives in Chicago and I live in NY, it will make it here in time if shipped on 5/17/11 like he said in the confirmation email. UPS ground 3-4 days and USPS 2-3 days priority mail or 4-5 days with Snail mail Saturday delivery. So I hear nothing back from him, no tracking # and I contact him 5/20/11 Fri for an update and to let him know that I will open a dispute with paypal if I don't hear from him by the end of the day. Well he promptly replied, and proceeded to tell me what a PITA customer I was and that he shipped it out yesterday, 2 days later than he promised and still no tracking # and he wants to know why I'm upset. Buyer beware. If you live your life like this seller and your word means nothing or you like leaving your buyer hanging, then by all means do business with this guy. As for me, I'll pass. I asked for a refund thru paypal.

To sum things up, I received a NEGATIVE feedback rating on here, got hit with Paypal dispute claim, and recieved about 6 LONG and profanity laced emails(all today mind you, I never heard a word from him before) because I shipped the injectors 2 days late...

You know how there is that 1% of people that are unreasonable? I am sure everyone has met this type of person or had to deal with this type of person in some way. That no matter what you do and what you say, they are not happy and will blow up in your face. Working in the restaurant business all my life I do encounter these type of people from time to time. 99% of people are very pleasant to do business with and be around, but there is that 1%...its just part of the business. All you can do is be professional and apologize and try to make them happy..

That being said, this guy takes the cake for being the most unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. All this because I told him I would try to ship the injectors on Tuesday, and ended up shipping them on Thursday? He NEVER told me about any type of time delay. He NEVER told me he had a dyno scheduled on Saturday until today(friday) He goes on to claim I had no type of response from him and he waited all day for me to respond to his email. Umm, what time is it now? It is about 4:30 now as I am typing this and he claims I didn't respond until the end of the day. Well, how can it be he didn't recieve my response until the end of the day, when its not even 5pm yet lol..Guys, this person is unreasonable. He fails to understand that ground shipping via USPS may take up to 7 business days. There is no guarantee it will be there in 3-4 days.

He now claims he had a dyno session scheduled for Saturday, yet never mentioned it to me until today which is Friday. So he expects to pay for an item on late Monday, and guarantee it will be in his hands by Friday so he can go to his dyno session on Saturday? Maybe if he actually mentioned this to me prior, we could have worked something out where I would have known about it, and possibly shipped it with a different type of service.

Next thing..He mentions he got a "fair deal" . Get real now. You got brand new 40lbs injectors for $125 shipped! And I even let him know that if they dont work out for him that he can send them back and I will give him a refund. How is that a fair deal? That sounds like a great deal to me all around. Its supposed to be a win win for him.

Next thing to mention. I dont know how old this guy is, but from looking at his profanity laced emails I would have to assume he is a teenager, or at best a VERY immature 20 year old. I was polite and trying to make him happy the entire time, while he went on to call me a a**hole numerous times, called me a f*ck up, told me I f*cked up and I should admit it, and so on. If anyone wants to see what I had to deal with, I have saved all the emails and will gladly send to anyone that has a lot of free time on their hands to read all the LONG emails this guy sent me today.

Next thing to mention is the Pay-pal dispute claim..He payed for the injectors on Monday, and I mentioned I would TRY to ship them on Tuesday. So today being Friday he files a PayPal claim for not receipt of item..Thats the funniest thing I have ever heard. He filed a claim for non receipt FOUR days after he sent payment? That has to be a record of some sort. I can't believe PayPal even allowed him to file a claim for non reciept after only four days of payment lol..And by the way, I was the one that mentioned to him I will give him a FULL refund, and try to cancel the shipment, as I can't deal with someone like him. I never told him he was a PITA..Thats a lie. I was professional during the entire email exchange I had with him today even after he insulted me more than anyone else has..

Do yourself a favor and DO not deal with this guy. You will end up with a negative feedback rating..I have NEVER had a problem with any items I shipped. My feedback on here was and still is almost 99% perfect.
I do ship MOST items next day after payment, but running a restaurant and having a family to take care of, I can't ship EVERY item the next day. I hope this guy grows up and realizes the world doesn't revolve around him, and he can't go on throwing fits every time he doesn't have his way 100% .

LOL, this guy is acting like I stole the injectors off him. Guy, you agreed to the price before you sold them. Why don't you post all the emails on here so everyone can see what a flake you are. Be aan and admit that you dropped the ball and never followed thru with our verbal agreement. Yes, when you said you would ship the injectors out tomorrow after receiving payment, is a verbal agrrement. LOL, you crack me up.

You expect to pay for something late on a Monday night, and have it in your hands by Friday? Atleast mention to me when you need them by. What world do you live in? Dont blame others for not planning ahead. You are UNREASONABLE, and I honestly feel bad for anyone else that has to deal with you. With only 1 post in this forum, and a feedback rating of 0, its obvious you are new to this type of thing. Please relax, calm down, and you will learn how stuff works eventually.

And you did get a fantastic deal on them. Good deals are supposed to be given to people that deserve them. After the fit you threw, you do not deserve them..

You are really hilarious! Yes, I'm new to this board b/c this is my first domestic car that I've modified, I've been in this game probably longer than you. You are a flake guy. If you say you are going to do something, then do it and let the person know that it's not done. That's the fundamentals of good business and you are missing that point. I have a full time job and a family just like you, but I don't shrug off my responsibilities or blame them when I screw up, I "man up" and take care of it.
I filed a dispute with paypal because I can't trust you and your word and I would prefer a third party sought it out. I don't care how long it takes, I DON'T trust a man who falls back on his word.

You pay for something on a Monday night, and expect to have it in your hands by early Friday, WITHOUT even mentioned to me when you need them by? I seriously doubt you have been around the forums longer than me..With the type of attitude you have, I really can't see that being possible.

Since you requested I post what you wrote to me in the emails, I will. I have no problem with that. If further shows your current state of mind and how unreasonable you are. I do feel sorry for anything else having to deal with you on here...

C'mon dude, I paid you on Monday the 16th, you said you will ship them on Tuesday the 17th and I haven't heard from you since the 16th. I have an appt on the dyno tomorrow, so if you haven't shipped them already, don't and refund my paypal.
If I don't get a response from you by the end of the day with a tracking #, I will be filing a dispute with paypal to recover my money.

Dont act like i am unresponsive or in hiding because today is the first time you sent me any type of email asking where to injectors are and here i am reaponding. Dont play that card with me. You never mentioned any type of dyno tuning until today so its not my fault if you where not responsible enough to pre plan things. They are on the way to you.

Don't want to get in a pissing match, just want my product that I paid for that's all. You said you would ship it on Tuesday, so I made plans for it getting here in time for my dyno time on Saturday, you obviously didn't ship it out when you said you would and you haven't sent me a tracking #, so do me a favor and don't act like you are not at fault. When I ship something, I let the person know that it's shipped and if for some reason I don't ship when I said I would, I also let the person know with an explanation.

know what i said man. But nothing is 100%. I have a day job that keeps me quite occupied. If you where in any type of real rush you should have planned ahead and order your inkectors weeks ahead...not four business days before you allegedly have a dyno session scheduled. And even if they where shipped out on tuesday that doesnt guarantee they will be by you on saturday. Most people send items via usps parcel posy or ups ground. Both services take up to seven business days. I used usps priority mail at my expense. I dont know if this is how you treat every person you deal with but thats not right man.

UPS ground says 3-4 day and the post office delivers on Saturday. Just admit that you fucked up and stop trying to blame me. If you stuck to your word and shipped in when you said you would, I would get them in time, period end of story. Doesn't anyone stand by their word anymore? And when it didn't ship like you send it would, why didn't you email to tell me? It seems like if I didn't email you to inquire about the injectors, you would have just left me hanging. So with that last email, he files a paypal claim..To what purpose I do not know..I told him I would refund him his money, but since he wants to go through the Paypal claim dispute way, I will play ball and give him his money that way. I see no purpose to this as this will just further slow down the refund process, but he wants everything does his way ..Again, all this for delying the shipment two days.

Works great for me, now everyone can know before purchasing something from you what to expect. My job is done!

You forgot to post the original emails how this all got started, but I'll do the best I can from my phone.

They came off a brand new ly6 crate motor. The only injectors that motor comes with is 40lbs injectors as it makes 385 horsepower and needs a lot of injector. Look up LY6 motors. I don't look foolish and in fact I'm helping out potential buyers that do business with you. Just look at all the emails you sent me prior to me sending you the paypal. Look how frequent they are. That's alot for someone with such a busy and family to take care of. Now tell me, in the 48 hours between the last email you sent me and the next email I sent you about opening a paypal dispute, you couldn't find 20 seconds to drop an email letting me know that you had fall back on your promise to mail the injectors to me the next day as you stated in your email?
