I have tried to resolve this issue but the seller refuses to respond. It has been 5 days and I am still getting no repsonse on PMs. The coils were packaged poorly and two of the coils have broken connectors and another one is cracked.

The above pictures show the coils as I received them. I asked for either a partial refund of $25 or a full refund and I would ship the coils back. I have sent 2 other PMs with no response. At this point I am assuming the seller does not want to make this right.

I was out of town on vacation when he received his package and Left me bad feedback before I got back to even do anything about it.
