Paid 2-13-2011. I was told numerous times it had shipped. I pmed at least 5 times, emailed numerous times, and called the business number and left my info several times over a period of 2 weeks. I finally got a reply by replying in the for sale posting. After being lied to for weeks, I finally recieved my twin pump kit on 3-3-2011 - Almost 3 weeks after I paid for them. I was told it had been shipped at least 2 times in the prior weeks. Funny thing is the tracking info shows it was not shipped until 3-1-2011. See for yourself UPS tracking number: 1Z56094F0350918098

If you look in the for sale posting, you will see on feb 24, 2011 they posted my order "slipped through the cracks and would be taken care of"
On feb 25, 2011 they said they sent the tracking info and to check my PM box.
on feb 27, 2011 they said they are closed on the weekend and would resend the tracking info the following day.
I have been lied to on several occasions - first of all, how could they have sent me tracking info on feb 25 and feb 28 when according to the tracking info they provided, they did not ship it until the evening of march 1, 2011. Also it is very convenient they are closed on the weekend, but the weekend I ordered my pump kit was on a SUNDAY. I sent a PM and they replied and I requested and papal invoice which they sent ON A SUNDAY, but after my order was placed and the already have my money, when I request tracking info i get "sorry we are closed on the weekends"
Bottom line, extremely poor customer service and communication is non existant after they get your money. Look at some of the replies toward the end and you will see I am not the only one that has had these issues. Someone just posted a similar issue TODAY about lack of communication and waiting weeks with no replies. There are a few negatives feedbacks that reflect the same issue. I was going to let it go since I eventually recieved my pumpkit, then I saw that someone posted and is having the same issues I did. I wonder how many customers have shared the same issues and just let it go like I almost did and not post the appropraite feedback. That is what the feedback section is for, unless we use it, it will be useless. I would not recommend Speed Tweekers to anyone nor shall I purchase from this sponser again.

scott we apologized to you multiple times for the delay in shipping but in no way were you lied to, we apologize for the trouble you experienced and yes the order was misplaced which we did admit to you. Also we are not in the shop on sunday but we do still answer emails, we figured it was better to respond to your question rather than wait another day to respond.
