I dont know how that could have happened as the speakers were fine as seen in pics and were packed properly.

you should of used bubble wrap not news paper.yeah heres a pic
i dont know what to tell you. They were packed well and I dont see how that could have happened. news paper is a fine packaging. I am sorry I am not going to go out and buy $25 worth of bubble wrap (that is not any better that packing paper( newspaper) then pay another like $15 on shipping to ship you $250 that you paid $90 for I cant even see anything in that 120x150 picture.. unless there is a hole in the speaker it will play just fine.. All I know is that the speakers were fine when I properly packed them.. so it would have had to happen during shipping or after you took them out of the box..
I am sorry if you are unhappy that the speaker has cosmetic damage but It was fine when I shipped it (priority)
