This guy sold me a radio he claimed was in good working condition. It doesnt light up at night, and the cd player just says err and spits the cd back out. He wont refund my money

He wanted a refund without sending the radio back first. This is standard procedure on ANY online transaction. Once paypal told him he had to send it back first, he sent it. Then I gladly refunded his money, even though I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was in working condition. Once I get my car back together I will install it and show that it works, he just did not want the radio. Beware of this buyer. Will leave negative feedback for him and a thread once I prove the radio is in good working order.
