Seller was great to deal with, both with the sale and the insurance claim we had to file due to the parcel being damaged by the shipping company. Seller added the insurance on the parcel at the last minute even though it wasn't included in the deal we made for the total shipped cost of the item.
Seller was fast and reliable in dealing with his side of the paper work for the claim, and honest providing me with the receipt of the refund from the shipping company. I was paypaled the refund quickly after he received it.
