andrew69_04 sold me a used LPM SS Spoiler. He was very informative on the part, kept me updated on shipping, and when it arrived by way of FEDEX... It was damaged on one of the front corners.
First: The item was packaged better than any part I have received from any manufacturer. This guy must have OCD, like me.
Next: I contacted him, sent a picture and the information, to which he asked what could he do to make it right. Due to the fact that both if us had dealt with insurance claims through FEDEX, he asked me to get a quote to have it fixed. I did so, and then we agreed to a partial refund to pay for the repair.
Last: Refund was sent back to my paypal.
Amazing that all of this occurred within hours of pulling the spoiler out of the box.
Thanks to andrew69_04 for being someone who stands behind his items/deals, regardless. I would definitely purchase items from him in the future without any concern whatsoever.
