I was nervous sending money to an email account through paypal initially, however this is a family company and they operate the way a family company would. So I bought some solid motor mounts from them and received them within about 4 days or so. So I was happy with the time it took to receive them. The product was great and fit perfect. I had an issue during install unrelated to the mount, and I pm'ed Blake and he gave me some great ideas which helped me get the mounts installed. I'm very happy with the product, the customer service is awesome and would definitely recommend people to them for anything product they promote.
