He's a liar said he would send more for shipping and never did since it was over $50 more than quoted he agreed to it and never sent beware

This guy sold me a set of tires claiming they were nearly brand new with 6/32 tread. When fedex delivered them to me they were nearly bald with 1/32 tread. Paypal made him reimburse me but I still have this shitty rating. Oh yeah and of course I'm not going to give him more money after he sends me bald ass tires claing them to be new with no burnouts...

For one I don't know how to delete tha rating if I find out it will be deleted...two, I agreed to give your money back and paypal had already said that otherwise the claim would be dismissed on my behalf because you bought used tires and they were drag radials the last time I talked to them...so if I had been such a scam artist and schiester as you think you wouldn't have gotten a dime back either way...but I worked something out with you anyways to make you happy and clear my name cuz that was important to me...

And besides I just checked and yours is still on there as well, and regardless of tires you agreed to pay $25 extra and gave me your word...besides you got what you wanted your refund and it was what YOU wanted so you could keep the tires...so why don't you just drop it and let it go, it has been resolved MONTHS AGO and you agreed to clear my name since we resolved it and I still have a negative rating as well from you, you clear mine and I will clear yours if you can tell me how too...otherwise I dont want to hear another word about it...if you have a problem still call me you should have my number...but I held up to my end of the deal, so back off...

I had agreed to pay you $25 more for the tires to help cover the shipping while I was still under the impression that I was getting near brand new tires. Once I received bald tires that were shipped in from Fedex from you my mind had quickly changed. Seriously, if everything was as what you said it would be I would have sent you the extra $25, even though that was $25 more than the price we had agreed on when the deal was struck. And now you try to leave me a bad trader rating...

Seriously...I am the bad trader for not honoring a word when you screw me out of some new tires...Get real dude. It was easier for me to keep the tires because paypal expected ME to pay the shipping to get them back to you which would have been over $100. So I decided to keep them just so I could set the car on something because I couldn't use the stock wheels with the narrowed rear end. I deleted the thread as I promised I would but I will not remove this trader rating. What you sold me was a blatant lie.

Think of it like this. You buy a 2010 ZO6 Corvette off the internet, beautiful condition. The guy asks you to help him out with shipping the car to you after the deal you struck was agreed upon. So you toss in $150 to help pay for the shipping. When you have it shipped to you and go out to look at it, You find out its a crushed 2010 Z06 Corvette. Then the guy that sold it to you still expects you to still pay that $150 shipping you agreed on. Same concept maybe a little easier for you to understand. Think about it, Would you still pay it?

For one, I left that rating long before we ever agreed to workout a deal when all this first begun, it wasn't just left yesterday it was after you left me one...two you said if I sent you the $100 dollars back you would be happy and clear my name and that would take care of the dispute in which I DID! Upon doing that you agreed to clear my name meaning clear it since it had been resolved which it HAS...you got what u wanted and now ur still bitchin and moanin like a true bitch bout it still after you said you had mounted them to your wheels after you told me you couldn't...you made the deal NOT me and I did as you asked cause you wanted to keep the fronts...now you have told a damn lie even after its been resolved by still trying to keep shit going and ruin my name over something that happened over months ago and has been resolved months ago the way you wanted it to be...you are the one who can't keep his word like a little child...I have done my part to make it right if that wasn't good enough then why the hell did you agree to it and say it was?! I swear people like u are amazing... even after someone makes it right you still aren't satisfied...and continue to try your best to keep shit goin...as I said if I had wanted to shit you and schiest you I could have easily done so and not refunded not one damn dime-as paypal had instructed me even after ur claim, but I did so anyways to make it right with u...so if u don't like that then the hell with u...I did my part and if u were a man u would do urs to and shut the hell up...I apologized to u and made sure u got ur refund...but obviously u can't be trusted, especially when it comes to giving ur word or u would have stood by it and deleted the feedback with the posts like u were supposed too...but I guess u r just another two-faced liar, who can't sleep unless u r stirring shit...

It was cheaper for me to keep the tires than to send them back because paypal told me If I wanted my full refund I would have to send all 4 back, not just two. That would have cost ME around $150 for something you fucked up on. (In which you would not have re-imbursed me for)

I was posting back on here to try to clear my name with any dealing with you, not to stir shit up.

I dont give a damn about the $25 now it hasn't broke me either, I could care less about that now, all Im concerned about is clearing my name since I made it right with you, and you agreed on that as well, this feedback was left right after you had left me one before the paypal dispute, I would be more than willing to delete the feedback if you would since it has been resolved if you can tell me how to do it cuz I dont have a clue, Im not tryin to smear ur name or start shit I just want this resolved and to go away...
