THS 370" Stroker hits the dyno! 389rwhp/417rwtq!
 

The first The HEMI Shop 370 stroker (5.7 based) finally made it to the dyno and it pulled 389 rwhp & 417 rwtq. It's in a 03 1500 Ram RCSB 2wd, so in a LX platform you could expect 15-20 more rwhp/rwtq due to the different drivelines.

If you figure 25% loss (that's a good number for the Ram trucks) that means it's about 525 hp & 560 tq at the crank!

THS CNC "Big Chamber" 6.1 heads
THS ported 6.1 intake
Comp 268 cam
Pacesetter long tube headers
Viper electric fan
Custom CAI
Upgraded Injectors

The truck also has a 2800 stall Edge Racing converter and 4.10 gears.

We are making a couple changes to the set up and the customer is going to dyno again this week, we are hoping to see over 400 rwhp and 425 rwtq this round.

The 370 stroker kit starts at $3,250 (the Carillo rods are additional and an option) or a complete short block starts at $4,250.

With the right cam selection this stroker kit is pretty much plug and play.
