Patriot Heads for the 5.7L Hemi

They only have a stage1 out as of yet, but it looks like they might offer a stage 2 sometime soon.. Another thing that I noticed is that I think they will only offer a core exchange program.. which kinda sucks, i don't live in the states, so it means heads might cost twice as much!!

I know for their GM and Ford products, they were able to secure a LOT (pallet loads) of castings to work with. I'm sure its only a matter of time before they can work their purchasing magic with the DCX world. Or I hope at least. :)

I hope they don't..............

If they drive the prices into the hole, many independents will stop doing R&D because there is no ROI in trying to compete.........

As usual, us small guys do most of the hard work and let the big-wigs take all the market..........known as the 90/10 rule.

Just a thought.

There's plenty of room, no worries. If you produce a superior head, people will pay a premium for 'em. Companies like AFR and All-Pro would be out of business if that were not the case.

The Patriot heads have been out for a long time. I heard a roumor that one of the "other" hemi shops used to use them and sell them under their in house label. I don't think I have ever seen any track times or dyno results other than the ones they had on their website. The have since changed suppliers and like to do extrude honing instead.

yuk!!

Let them drive the price into the hole with the $2.60 stock valves and springs. If you want performance product's, you have to pay for them. There's no bargin prices when it come's to true performance, plain and simple.
