Default Misfire really?

A little history first. 2006 300 Swallowed a valve seat on number 4. Thats when I came along. Pulled the engine, bored out 1 oversize replaced all bearings, stock grind ams cam
Heads rebuilt , Melling High volumn oil pump, Hellcat lifters.
Once it was back together 5w20 conventional oil for break it. break in consisted of varying the rpm nothing wide open. at 1500 miles i ran it up to 90 then back down to 60 about a mile later it sounded like a diesel. I shut it down checked to oil level all good. Restarted and it had that valve rattle. after about 15 seconds all quite. I drove home all was normal I immediately drained oil and changed filter and oil to 5w20 synthetic Havent heard the noise since and that all the way to 130. Then I got a misfire on cyl 1 code, I swapped coils no change, then injectors, no change, then plugs, no change compression is 170 on all 8 cylinder. When cold engine is super smooth after its warmed up it has a very slight lope, almost like a high lift cam.You can clear that code it will usually come back when that lope starts its got me stumped, any ideas?
