And spend 2-3 times as much $$$$. No one has asked what he wants to do. All he asked was if they were interchangeable, not what YOU would run or prefer, but if they could be swapped out.

They can be swapped out, plane and simple. You would need additional machining cost's to the 6.1 heads to keep your compression ratio under 11:1 if you plan to put the 6.1 heads on a 5.7.

WOW! Those heads flow great!

Didn't 1998 LS1 heads flow about 280 stock? I can't quite remember.

The ported 6.1's flow around 360! And look at the midlift number too!

Is there a way to put a set of these on my LS1? :drive:

They do flow well my LS6 heads flow 340 CFM, but my exauste flows 253 CFM, I'm impressed forsure.

The new heads I'm looking at are the L92 which will flow 375 or more CFM with little work. If you want big heads for an LS1 thats what I would get.
