Racer Appreciation Parties at NMCA Norwalk
ProMedia Events is pleased to announce that there are two Racer Appreciation Parties in store for the upcoming Honeywell Garrett NMCA All-American Nationals event, which takes place at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, the weekend of August 24-27, 2017. This extra special event is billed as the “All-American Nationals" because of its close proximity to Detroit and the fact that it attracts many of the baddest late-model and nostalgia muscle cars in the U.S. battling it out at America’s Racetrack.
The event will begin in style as Honeywell Garrett hosts a special Racer Appreciation Happy Hour following the Test & Tune on Thursday, August 24, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Join Honeywell Garrett and NMCA racers, staff and media for cold beer, drinks, snacks and music at this "open to everyone" mixer. NMCA expects this year's happy hour to attract over 500 racers, crew and family at this great kick-off party.
Watson Racing will host an exclusive Cobra Jet Showdown Racer Appreciation Happy Hour on Friday evening at the Cobra Jet tent in the pit area. This special event provides cold beer, drinks and snacks to Cobra Jet racers and a chance for them to mix with each other and the Watson Racing staff. With major support from Ford Performance, Diversified Products Marketing, and Watson Racing, NMCA produces the largest annual gathering of Cobra Jets racing for national bragging rights.
Brought to you by E3 Spark Plugs, the NMCA All-American Nationals features insane heads-up Xtreme Pro Mods, Radial Wars, Factory Super Cars, Street Outlaws, Nostalgia Super Stockers and much more as the season heats up at Summit Motorsports Park! The All-American Nationals also features a large manufacturers midway, awesome Muscle Car & Hot Rod Car Show Saturday & Sunday, and special race classes including the F.A.S.T. group, a Top Sportsman Challenge, and the Chevrolet Performance Challenge Series. Meet Street Outlaws TV stars Derek, BoostedGT, and Kayla Morton on Saturday as they sign autographs, take pictures, and make wild wheels-up passes down the track!
