upcoming prochargers for HEMI!!!!!
ATI is proud to announce its HO Intercooled ProCharger systems for Dodge Hemi automotive and truck platforms. Initial applications will be introduced on the 5.7 liter Hemi Charger and Ram trucks. These systems produce 45-50% power gains on stock motors running pump gas with 6 psi of intercooled boost. Featuring the coolest charge air temperatures available, these systems deliver industry leading power gains and superior engine longevity.
Industry exclusive features include a 3-core air-to-air intercooler system, patented self-contained supercharger with 3-year warranty, and, on the Charger, a dedicated 8-rib supercharger drive with automatic belt tensioner. The HO Intercooled ProCharger systems are 100% complete, with supplemental injectors and programming to ensure maximum performance. ProCharger systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need to punch a hole in the oil pan, and avoid having to deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water intercooler. On the Charger, a Serpentine Race Kit, which is capable of much higher boost and power levels, is being designed for modified motor applications. It will also feature a dedicated 8 rib drive system and the powerful F-1 ProCharger. Look for availability on these Hemi systems in early 2007. Also slated for future development are Hemi systems for Dodge Magnum, Chrysler 300 and 6.1 liter motors Largest Power Gains, Coolest Charge Air Temperatures Unmatched Technology Thanks to relentless innovation, ProCharger technology is generations ahead of the competition. Our exclusive, patented, self-contained, gear-driven superchargers eliminate tapping into your oil pan, run cooler and produce more power than any of our competitor’s products. Our impellers are created with aircraft grade 7075 T-6 aluminum alloy for tremendous strength and performance. The top tier material used in the construction of every ProCharger billet impeller and compressor housing allows us to use higher step up ratios than the competition. This in turn allows increased boost levels and superior overall performance than other offerings on the market. Because of this unwavering commitment to excellence, ProCharger is the only manufacturer of self-contained superchargers offering a 3-year warranty to ensure years of trouble free performance. We will hope to see this kits at PRI this weekend!!! |
do you know what they are using to tune it?

the gsm piggyback is grenading motors left and right. i would think that ati would have a better system out.
i heard there was a company looking to convert to a maf (like the 5.0s) which would be sweet. |

http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...harger%202.jpg For know, the ATI ProCharger method of tuning the Dodge engines will also be with a piggyback type of tune. Everyone is waiting for the Dodge software to be reverse engineered. Bob |
The truck units will be released very soon, within the next several months.
We checked out the Charger ProCharger assembly at the PRI show in Orlando, and it looks very nice, very clean in appearance. Much better looking than the GSM blower. Bob |

It's not the Split Second piggyback that's wrecking the motors, it's the lack of fuel along with inexsperienced tuners. |
the ati method of tuning is different than the gsm. the piggyback is completely different. it can't be tuned by the installer. it comes pretuned like the gsm. there are a limited number of tuners available for the piggy back that they use... in order to be able to tune you must go to a 3 day class for the piggyback system and meet certain qualifications. this is what i was informed. (not by ati)

The aux injectors into a dry flow manifold does not work. That's why the GS kits are blowing engines. GSM doesn't seem to care as long as sales are still up.
We had one of his set up's then changed everything to have a system that acually works. We are tuning 8 58lb injectors plus 2 48lb aux injectors on a 392 with a 1500 novi. We also changed the manifold to a wet flow M1. Not sure what kind of power it makes but we have gone through 7 transmission before we figuerd out the transmision. Now it holds up. So we can go forward. The next test is converters. We just sent the 5th one back to get tightened up. Once we get this thing all sorted out it should run good |
