Default Cylinder Designations.

Hey all me and my dad are working on his 06 ram with the 5.7 hemi. He recently got DTCS regarding his secondary circuits on Cylinders A and C. We replaced the coil packs on Cylinders 1 and 3 assuming that 1=A and 3=C. We are still pulling the same codes and are wondering if 1 does in fact equal A and 3 is C. Also if anyone else has ran intothis issue and has any insight and tips please feel free to chime in.
