C-a-t Program

Hey guys i was wondering if any one knew where i could find a cat delete program? I want to get headers and ditch the cat. My cousin has one for his trans am. It is to fool the cars computer into thinking that there is a cat and that there is nothing wrong. If anyone knows where i could find one for my dodge 1500 hemi 2003 that would be great thanks.

Right now the easiest method might be o2 sensor simulators. Plug 'em into the rear o2 sensor connectors and the PCM is none the wiser.

not too many poeple are having good results with the simulators...... though some do. Hemi777 claimed good results by putting the rear sensor in an empty coke bottle but I never heard of anyone else that could do it and not have at least an occaisional MIL...
Word has it that the Nazi PCM is too smart for our own good, it will randomly send out a signal for a rich or lean mixture and monitor the rear O2 for the signal it expects, if it ( the PCM ) does not see it, there goes the MIL...

perhaps when HPTuners EVER comes out......

not sure there is any real gain from DX-ing the cats anyways.........

On mine there was, I dropped two tenths from killing them on my 04 Ram.

The only trucks the simulators work on are the 2003's so your in luck. Go to
http://www.o2simulator.com/ and make sure they know you have a 2003 Hemi or you'll get the wrong one. Its a custom one that oscillates the voltage to trick the PCM.

the trucks must have something totally different from the cars then...........0.2 in the 1/4 from just a cat? WTF?

The rear 02 sensor just let's the PCM know that the cat is working. That shouldn't have any effect on performance.

jerry you can get mechanical simulators for about 7 bucks each. they work kinda like hemi777's coke bottle trick. they the are simple but they work.
