Diabling the safety features in the Mygig radio

Does anyone know if there is a way (that doesn't involve a lockpick kit) to disable the safety features built into the Mygig radio that prevent navigation location input and video playback during vehicle operation?

I know there are lockpick kits available, but Dodge has already unlocked all my features. I really just want a less expensive way to bypass those particular safety features.

My guess would be to find a dealer to reprogram it with a Starscan tool? You say Dodge has already unlocked all your features? Not sure what you want to do.

I have a Lockpick due to the unlocking stuff and adding a rearview camera. It was well worth the price for me for the main part and the AV input part for the camera.
